Just a quick update for anyone interested.

I've recently completed a review of Aerofly FS2, which has finally been released from it's early access version. While I realise it will be of very little interest to the majority of the folk in this forum; I think it's (if nothing else) interesting.

There is a great deal to be done before it would be of use to cockpit builders, (if at all) yet the graphics and performance is stunning. Over 100 frame a second over Innsbruck, with just about every building in the whole area modelled. It's he same in New York.

However there's no ATC, No AI aircraft, No moving water and only part of the world has been populated. Also the aircraft although looking beautiful don't have all their systems modelled, (YET).

Nevertheless I though you might like to see a couple of screen shots. If you do want to know more, see below.

Just a heads up, I'm neither promoting it, or flaming it... for your information only.  :2cw:
Cheers Joe.

That is incredible...

At first glance the autogen looks photoreal....but with closer inspection it appears to be computer generated.  So that is one hell of a job modeling all that.

Sighhh.....some day for us maybe....
