Question on Apple stuff

Never owned an Apple Computer or Ipad so I dont know a whole lot on the apple scene, I ran into a Website called https://siminnovations.com/ And the app they build is for apple only.

What I would like to do is buy about 3 Ipads (Ebay) and buy this app.

With android I can buy and app and put it on all of my android devices and only have to pay once. is it the same with Apple?

I could of googled this but I wanted an experienced answer and opinion, so I came here

Most Apps for iPad yes, you can, as I have 3 using the same apps, but you should check with "siminnovations" too be sure...

Depends on the developer.  Sometimes they put in sneaky code that will allow you to install it to multiple devices, but only allow it to run on one at a time.
