Can't upload pics

I keep getting this error when trying to put my pics in the 727 folder,

Destination directory albums/userpics/10316/ is not writable by the script !

The folder is CHmoding...  When you get a minute, please give it a go again.

Got them uploaded but they are not showing in my thread i just started. What did i do wrong?

LOL  I just fixed it...

Don't think you did anything wrong, I just highlighted the link and pressed the picture button and pasted it again.

Will keep an eye on it..
