Multiple Teensys, sketch upload question

I am using Teensys and it works really well.
I have about 10 Teensy LC connected to my computer.

Yesterday i was working on the gear panel, and when i uploaded the sketch it was uploaded to the wrong Teensy.

I did this on 3-4 Teensys so now i have to reload the correct sketch again.

What is your approach for uploading a sketch when having multiple Teensys connected?

I use: Verify in my IDE and then press the button on my teensy to get it to upload, but its kind of a hazzle...
